Dispersion

Wind over water — scattered, then gathered again.

Scatter, and gather anewDispersion

Scattering is not the end; it is the beginning of regathering.

Huan is wind over water — blowing it into sheets and rings. Its subject is dispersal: the ossified must break apart, the clenched must loosen, the knotted must open. Huan is not extinction but reorganization. Every real renewal starts with a scattering — but it needs the king at the ancestral temple: a center, so that after scattering there is a shared direction to regather around.

A line: scatter your own faction — disperse the cliques too. Scattering only others and never one's own, the dispersal is not thorough. True reorganization re-sorts even your own belonging. Only when nothing can be leaned on does the new center stand firm.

Practice This week loosen one thing you have gripped for ages — an obsession, an identity, an object. Give the scatter an outlet; see what follows.
In the four domains

01Career & decisions

Dissolve the blockage before it hardens: the standoff, the rumor, the silo. Disperse it with a public gesture and honest words, then re-form the group around real work.

02Love & bonds

Melt the ice with warmth, not with logic. One vulnerable sentence dissolves what a month of arguments froze.

03Wealth & resources

Blast the dam: clear the debt overhang, restructure the payment, release the withheld funds. Stagnant water must be moved to be useful.

04Body & mind

Disperse the mental fog with the body — river wind, a long swim, a proper sweat — then return to the task lighter.

Timing & action

Dissolve, do not battle: one generous, unmistakable act this week clears the frozen channel. Then the people — and the plans — flow again.
